South View Boarding is a custom database for booking customer pets into boarding.

This database is nearing the end of development.

This database is used for loggin who is in the building and why they are there.

There are three versions of this database in operation. Two are used localy and the third is used nationaly.

This tracks the media that is moved and stored on site.

I created this database to keep all my passwords in. There are various systems I need to access during the working day, and this helps me keep my passwords safe. The database was expanded so that the whole department could use it as well as have shared accounts. This reduces the need to leave emails in the inbox for shared accounts.

The media used in IBM and StorageTek silos need to have barcodes to identify them. I created this database to produce labels with barcodes on them for this purpose.

The database was expanded to include the option of making barcode labels for the boxes we use for easy identification and processing.

Checklist is one of my first real databases. This was created as a replacement to a similar database that had no one to support it. It contains a list of tasks to be completed at a given time on a given time / day / month. This covers the two 12 hour shifts and is used every day to make sure jobs are completed.

The output is printed at the moment but I am in the process of converting this to work interactively. This will save on the expense of printed reports and add the functionality of adding tasks for individuals and shared work.
